Hi Heeman, yes the merger seemed a natural progression to me but the market doesn't seem to have responded favourably, perhaps the shorters etc have created enough fear re 51/49% split, tied to AMAL shareprice etc to cause concern.
Funding is an interesting one, prepayment or capital. I wonder what the roadshow is for as posted by @sincheon in this post
Been pretty happy with the recent raise, well if the big boys are happy to contribute at 41c then this to me seems to give a fair indication of the value they see in TAW, but one must always remain vigilant when a long/short fund becomes interested.
Did I mention shorters in both those points.
