I am aware I'll probably get a lot of crap for my following question because I invested in something I should know more about.
But I'm hoping someone nice could answer my question.
How many shares do you need to own to get Cowan shares? And if it's showing up in people's portfolios, has TAW been taken? Or do you have both?

I have tried to contact Computershare for two weeks and it keeps hanging up and I can't get anywhere. There is no direct option to talk to an operator.

Nor have I heard back from TAW, trying to get information directly from them.

I can't receive any mail regarding my shares as I am homeless and gave Computershare apparently updated my details to my email but I haven't received anything.

I am completely confused as to what is happening. Thanks
