Depends how you want to look at it, for me production begins when they starts loading dirt in the primary crusher. I think you will find that AJM and possibly TAW have been stockpiling dirt in preparation for processing.
Haven't worked on the construction of any lithium plants but worked on the construction of a few iron ore plants. Looking at what is apparently the latest pic I'm guessing the top right corner is where they are still working on building up the ROM pad and the concrete block in front of it is going to be the primary crusher. The area in the center may be where the modules with spiral concentrators go and the thickener tank on the pad at the bottom of the pic that has the orange pvc pipes. Getting everything up and running by March is doable if they put on 2 shifts but a more realistic timetable would be April-May.
Either way it is now happening and that is all that matters.
