The Mining Proposal Version 1 was approved on 27/06/2017, but it wasn't announced until 11 July (PFS).

"SMS Innovative Mining, formerly Sweeney’s Mechanical Services, has agreed to the staggering four-year deal with Tawana Resources at the joint venture Bald Hill operation, which is based 50km south-east of Kambalda.

The agreement, due to be finalised by November 17, is set to generate up to 215 full-time jobs for SMS at its peak."
