    Just another thought bubble.

    Burwill could take over AMAL and JSMC take over TAW to secure their upstream supply for their downstream JV refinery. They both already have a stake in each and also are providing a debt facility for working capital. Why pay the high Spod prices when you can take over with that kind of money? Perhaps this is why the SP has been kept down?
