How much can the Alliance plant process PA once it's upgraded ? If it's 1.5 or 2 per year then they really don't have to prove up a major resource to begin with.
I mean even a 10MT resource will be enough to keep it going for up to 5 years. So I don't think an initial major tonnage is a priority to begin with
