    If I wanted to buy-in now (ie. re-buy my current holdings) all at once without waiting for news, I would send the price to $0.24.

    If someone else thinks like me and does similar, then one simply might not get a chance to buy under $0.24 if they were to take your approach.

    This is purely my opinion only and not advice, dyor and seek prof advice etc
