    Hi all, long term lurker, first time poster. Love the information that gets discussed here and thanks @captjohn for starting this thread. One of the issues I've had for a while is a substantial shareholder puts a valuation on the stock, in my industry this would be known somewhat of a conflict of interest, it doesn't seem independent?
