I dont know if its a scam buy if you are a major holder and evaluate a company accordiny you woukd think they wouldn't sell until there price target was reached unleas something had changed with in the company.

Unless they deliberately wantwd to pump it to sell down.

I guess it is misleading as many would have bought around that 40c mark on the back of this report by a major shareholder oy to have them sell down.
