On 18th February
« On Thursday, Tawana announced its dense media separation plant at Bald Hill, a joint venture with Singapore-listed Alliance Mineral Assets Limited, had been commissioned ».
The Ann from the 15th February states wet commissioning to start on the 21st February.
Sorry if I am in the wrong but I can’t find anywhere the sentence stating the wet commissioning has been finished.
