Wondering whether no updates on Tawhaki-1 well under drilling since mid-Jan in Great South (NZ) is good or bad news! Do not understand what motivated Beach to farmin (30% ~ $25 mil) in this acreage when all previous operators from ExxMo to the latest Shell walked away.
I guess Beach's experienced Exploration & New Ventures team saw great potential (overlooked by the previous operators) - time will tell.
