I am not accusing anyone of anything, just trying to understand the concept of fraud. Of course there may be a very plausible and reasonable explanation for invoicing a company for work you haven't done...

Isn't it very naughty to do that and you could end up in prison...?

By the way, my comments are not in relation to NewSat, but are to do with my wife's brothers second cousins girlfriends dad who had some shares in a failed asteroid mining company. Any Similarities to Newsat are pure coincidental..

Gren, I'll give you an example of misleading and deceptive conduct (a subset of fraud). Pretending to have an interest in an asteroid mining company. I believe you are misleading us and I am considering engaging my lawyer to contact you requesting the ACN of said mining company and details of your exact relationship.
