Yes, he and it seems most people in Australia [except us smaller shareholders] have got a leg in the door at Cresta. It has been known for years that Yap is involved with Cresta.
There are a lot of questions that should be asked about who was paid to do what, who did the paying, and was the benefit from the work paid for attributed to the Company which did the paying!
Were all the consultancy fees, hire of luxury cruisers, sales trips, etc. all for Newsat or was Cresta also involved? Did we apportion the costs between both or did Newsat pay them all? Somebody must have benefited and I can't see for many years where we have announced a major contract so presumably it wasn't us [unless you count the massive NEAR TERM PIPELINE that forever gets talked about but never acted on] so maybe it was Cresta.
This is all wheels within wheels. So many of the same faces appear in the press releases and on the websites of both Companies but only until that fact gets mentioned. Then purely by coincidence [of course] the webpage mysteriously disappears. Why, if everything was above board.
If they have nothing to hide, they have nothing to fear! So then why are they hiding everything?
Nothing wrong with that - is there?
