Peppers appreciate the comments. You may be surprised (or not) that there are still some posters on here who don't seem too bothered that AB has squandered their investment. It's the shareholders own poor judgement rather than a combination of negligence, greed, cronyism, fraud and every other wrongful act you care to mention. Is it due to stupidity or naivety, i can't work it out?
The shareholders only crime is that we TRUSTED our board to carry out their fiduciary duties and obligations. Even if NWT survive and we still hold shares and in 5 years they are $5 each, each and every member of the NWT board, present and past, should be held to account, and if found guilty of any breach of duty or criminality should never be allowed to hold any position of seniority in a publicly listed company again, as a minimum. I will be very surprised if criminal prosecutions do not arise, in addition to the civil cases which are inevitable.
