Very good news indeed. It's hard to quantify the actual impact to the company due to the "eligible expenses" bit. If we used the total capex for the first half of $4.2m, say the full year figure of $9m, that will be approx. $2.7m in tax offset. And tax offset is way better than tax deductibles.
