    Following up on your suggestion of delisted.com.au, I had a look myself and they are prepared to take de-listed and suspended shares off your hands. The following link gives the details. SAS under it's old name of Sky and Space Global is included in their list of qualifying shares. You have to pay them to take the shares as they are providing a service. But it should be well worth it for the tax advantages.
