Having submitted my tax return after receiving the JMEI letter last week I received the expected text message this morning requesting more info re JMEI credit. I had to ring the ATO and use the email address and reference number I was given to send a copy of the letter to them, as I have had to the past two years. Doing tax online unfortunately doesn't give an option to send the letter at that time, as the guy I spoke to confirmed. Bit of a hassle but all in order now.
