My reading of the announcements is that CNX is still a going concern (just needs recapitalisation) - directors have been reinstated. Perhaps a shell, or still as is? Therefore no tax-loss statement to be issued any time soon.
There is the shareholders meeting anticipated to be held in late May 2017 - where you should get more of a feel where this is headed.
