    Think you'll find the tax is on assets within Australia not overseas. How the Govt can tax an asset domiciled overseas is debatable. Not sure how a BHP would administer that given the numerous assets all over the world. The devil will be in the detail.

    And remember it's a Super profit tax, if DRA's 6 million cash flow is super profits then all miners will be very unhappy with the tax.
