as a father of two woman i want them to succeed in every way possible,break the the 'glass ceiling' etc etc etc blah blah blah

but they are not going to achieve that if they are dunderheads (which they are not)

any attempt to force companies on who they should or shouldnt employ purely to meet a critera is as dumb as you can get and it must have been one big dunderhead who came up with it.

how many companies will employ the least imposing female they can get just to make the numbers, will that improve the female prestige ?

leave well alone and let the cream rise to the top
