Lady at the liquer store told me the young girlies get around the tax by buying a CASK. The fave at the moment is Vodka and cranberry juice - they can feel good as well because cranberry is supposedly good for bladder infections.
No doubt, they have a good chance of infection after downing a cask.
Of course, Labor is measuring the affectiveness of the tax and will refund and cancel the tax if it's not reducing alcohol consumption - keriest!!
