As SLR shares were paid to PRH share holders as an unfranked dividend will they be classed as income and therefore be taxed accordingly?
Fortunately I sold my SLR and PRH shares as soon as the dividend was paid, I was tired of being bent over. Somehow I think the raping will continue when I put my tax return in.
