i was wondering, imagine i'm an australia citizen, living and working in the UK, and i have no income or assets in australia. I decide to buy shares on the ASX that pay a divdend and are good growth stocks as well.
What tax implications are there for me - do i pay capital gains - what happens to my franking credits?
