Tax Implications of Selling LLL Shares

Hello Everyone,

Long time lurker, first time poster. Luckily was put onto FFX back in January last year and as someone that has started their investing journey late, i'm very happy/lucky/thankful with where we are at today. Long may it continue. Also thank you to the many posters that have offered knowledgable opinions throughout. It's easy to see which ones have their finger on the pulse - both in regards to positive news along with negative news.

The question i have is do we need to pay CGT on LLL if we sell within the first 12 months of demerger, if we held FFX for more than 12 months previously?

I'm not looking to sell but i am just trying to get as much information for myself as possible as well as for others that may have the same question.
