I got a nasty shock this morning when I went to see my accountant. I was under the impression that I would not have to pay tax on my profits from MMR. She said because I am termed a trader I will have to. Has anybody else had this happen? If you have found out you do not have to do you know the section of the act which states that traders do not pay tax on profits from Pooled Development Funds? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
