tax implications, page-6

Was also called this afternoon - by girl with English accent & by the time delay I presumed it to be an overseas telemarketer - very professional - reading from a script - suggesting it is important for everyone to vote "& ASAP re postal delays etc !!!". then asked if I'd be voting & which way - I said I'd vote no (for their record) & I certainly won't be sending my vote(s) in til the deadline ( keep the bastards guessing).
re tax - was suggested to me by a non accountant that if you sellect to take all TWL shares (middle box) then that is your "intent" & Aust. tax works on intent - hence if TWL give some cash with shares & ur intent was all shares then no CGT on the cash - but this needs to be checked out with accountant - would appreciate other comments here.
