...all trading profit is taxed as capital gain....rates lower if you've been holding a particular share for a year.....your losses can be carried forward...but go to the ATO site and find out yourself or contact a tax accountant....:-)cheers, and happy trading and worry on tax not too early...you may run up mainly losses anyway...caveat emptor...lol.
