All shareholders who were holding at the time of suspension will be sitting on a lose and in the abscence of positive developments, RES will most likely soon be de-listed from the ASX.
    .
Even if RES continued trading, the heavy dilution means realistically that the only outcome could be to sell shares at a lose.
    To realize a tax lose
    1. Sell shares of market to a willing buyer
    2. RES goes into liquidation and liquidator declares shares worthless in value

    Benefit:
Tax lose can be offset against other stock market gains.
    .
In my case, I think the most valuable "asset" for me coming out of RES is the tax lose.
    .
My fear is that RES will delist and languish for years and the tax lose may never be realised.

These are just my personal thoughts, I'm not an accountant and do not offer any advice on this. I just hope to generate a discussion on this to get best possible outcome in this dire situation.
