It seems some still hold hope for TGS, but even if TGS does survive I expect the debt for equity swap will not be good for shareholders.
Likely the most value left for TGS shareholders is in the tax loss from marking the shares to their current value.
But how does one realize a tax loss when the shares haven't traded for 2 years?
Thoughts anyone?
