I would expect the share price to fall even further.

MDA has borrowed $1,847,977 (as at 31/12/10) from AEX. This loan is repayable on or before 30 June 2011 (AEX 1/2 Year ended 31/12/10, note 2, page 14).

I expect the company to use resolution 6 of the general meeting to issue shares and options on conversion of a converting loan of up to $1,900,000 and interest of $456,625 (total $2,356,625).

MDA has 250m shares on issue with a market cap if $7.5m. This loan conversion of $2.3m will be very dilutive.
