Correct me if I am wrong but it has been said loud and clear the next stage of testing by the DoD is in September and final decision by them towards the end of the calender year so not sure why the dragging out comment. Lack of new buyers seems to me what is the issue along with some heavy selling probably from a US and maybe even AUS broking firm who seemed to be regarded as out of favour
