Depends on what announcements will come out before now and the end of the year. There is a lot of time remaining..... only a month ago we were in the 70s so a lot can happen in 7 months.
US military contract obviously being a big deal despite all the calls being to focus on the commercial sector.
Its becoming obvious that the deal is no longer about just the existing FR treatment arrangement but all uniforms..... if so then its worth the delay to later this year.
