Agree totally. This short term SP pain is indeed that....the future is with EV and anything storage of energy. There is no viable alternative in the short to mid term that DOESN'T use lithium for the storage of energy. It will be needed, and lots of it. The shift of climate change to almost force the economies of the globe to embrace this will ensure it MUST be in the mix for the foreseeable future.
I'm in for the long haul, and only wish I had $ to top up more before things go nuts.
