Max, look at the background of the CEO, he is a scientist. They have never been able to sell and that is largely because they have never had their own sales force and use third parties and those guys work on commission so if you don't pay up, they focus on other devices etc.
BUT, the big problem is they have no recurring sales, have never ever tried. Look at NAN, the majority of funds come from selling the cleaning cartridges. Its a poor business model.
