They will do a ruling on it prob when the administrators are complete (i think). They will not allow it as a loss otherwise.
Otherwise you can sell them to delisted for a small fee which allows the lose to be used. I would only do that when you need the loss, otherwise you might as well just wait.
I had a small holding in a specy miner WSP and we thought they were gone but somebody bought the shell and now i have a smaller holding in MRK.
