Navigator Resources (NAV) are the buyer and just need a bit more time to complete the deal (hopefully). All this information has been reported to the ASX. Check announcements for NAV re Bronzewing purchase and fund raising. The story is all there.
I am reasonably confident the deal will go through (i.e acceptable to AARII and NAV can raise all the capital)and that DOCA will be completed successfully. Still a bit of water under the bridge to go though!
Dont know why Ferrier Hodgson has not reported any of this or named names. I guess their legalistic viewpoint is that the deal is not yet done so until it is there "aint no news".
