It is interesting to see all the talk about uranium prices , present and future. I'm not as smart as the folk who can shift tonnes of ore 2 years hence, at a certain price. There are however other reasons why price changes, tax, personal capital and strategic reasons being three. These are the unknown unknowns. And these may apply to PEN in the next week.
