tax losses on my dead investemet

Can someone please advise how long it is likely to take for all of this to wind up ?

At what stage will the administrators / Commsec officially tell me that my investment is a moissanite.......ie worth f*** all ?

Grabbing at crumbs, but might as well get the tax relief on the loss.
