Miles was on the right track guys.Im simply talking about the ATOs attitude towards late payments,not tax owable on interest etc etc.The funds that will be used to pay the tax are currently invested in shares and there is a good chance they will rise in the near future(one hopes)so the intention is to keep the funds invested for as long as possible without incurring too high a tax bill or some other form of fine that might make the continued investment not worthwhile.
