ok i just worked out where all my money went last year :-)
-$575.63 in interest fees
-$1508.20 in commission
-$5537.27 in losses
now this year i have also sold an investment property which has a capital gain, am i able to offset the above losses with the capital gain? I never held any CFD's for over 12mnths so not sure how that works with CGT
