I think that super remains marginally attractive, however, as we have seen for the last 20 years politicians just can not keep their hands off it. We absolutely know that there will be more changes that will affect super. We are now the only country in the world that taxes super at all three levels. So my thoughts are to keep a healthy balance , say 30-40% outside super . Use franking credits on good dividend paying shares, wait for property to come down, and it will, and try and pick up a bargain that is yielding good rental return, and stick some under the mattress incase of Trumpageddon.
