Legally possible but ATO reserve Div 4 regulation that if something is done solely to avoid tax it is illegal.
Your proposal would have great difficulty avoiding such regulation.
Same rule applies to selling and buying shares in same company in close proximity. If you have no legitimate reason for such transaction it is deemed to not have occurred.
