You pay large taxes on those unsold and temporary gains.
They go down in value and then you wait years to get your money back ( if ever )
Destroys the middle class!
Won`t affect the Zuckerberg`s , Bloomberg`s , Gates`s, Obama`s or really rich who will move assets offshore or just use their expensive accountants to find loopholes.
