“Was disappointed CVN didn't explain why production has dropped to 3000 bopd net”. I think is related to infrastructure constrain where there are not enough tankers to move the oil to refineries. As far as I know the joint ventures with POE is capable of delivery far greater than 10,000bopd. As per the presentation on page 5, “Thailand has five oil refineries with a combine capacity of 700,000 bopd” so it seems like the issue regarding refineries has been solved. So it seems that CVN joint ventures is capable of producing more oils with good reserve but just can’t deliver to the market at interim.
