This thread is about a tax question and has become about tax avoidance vs minimization .
However, you are claiming to be a "Tax accountant" which I don't believe for a moment that you are otherwise you would have understood my question.
Sounds like you need to be making some calls to clarify your own position.
If you are as you say a "Tax accountant" then the only tax avoidance I would recommend in my professional opinion would be the avoidance of you and your advice.
