there are heaps of good accountants around who do tell you what to do and make suggestions
plenty of mid tier firms around
I find you get what you pay for, if its cheap don't expect much,
and chartered accountants are the best imo, cpa's are not much chop, so find a chartered one
you know pay peanuts you get monkeys
