I came into OZL as an AVB holder from the takeover.

Does anyone know how the tax works with these?

I made about a 50% profit, but I’m confused how it would be done, given we were paid half in cash and half in shares.

Would we have paid the tax on the cash component, or will that come out upon selling the shares?

I hadn’t taken any notice on my tax return for that year, so I have no idea..
