Tax Question

Hi, i would greatly appreciate someone guiding me here please.

I received a distribution of 2.25 cents in January this year. $750 in total.

I received another statement for the year ended 30 June 2020. It says summary of 2020 Tax Return (supplementary section) items. It just shows total fees paid as 821.70. I have no idea what to do with this amount.

When I downloaded the tax return off my gov the ATO data matching captures Managed Fund Distributions as Zero.

Does it mean that the $750 payment is tax free?
What on earth are those fees of 821.70? What do i do what that ?
