also Dino, it might sound ridiculuos to pay $600 for KPMG and the top 4 firm but really its a brandname that you are paying for isn't it? the choice is yours like buying brandname clothing or pair of shoes the choice is yours.
But i also note that you were referred to this accountant by a friend, therefore you had approached him for his professional service. Its not like he the accountant came and knocked on your door and ripped you off.
You were referred to....hence this indicates to me that the accountant must had a good name in the community.
