Does anyone know what the tax rate will be with the change over.
example I have had my BLR shares for well over the 12 month period so I only pay tax on 50% of profit
Do I have to wait 12 months with new company for this rate or is it tax a another rate , if on the day my share are valued at .06 and I sell on that day am I taxed on the total amount and what is that amount. It looks like the deal has a good chance of going through so let start talking of how it will affect us .
